Wild Rose

Welcome to the June 2022 full length tutorial!  This month we are painting a Wild Rose. Roses are one of the birth flowers for June. This is a great opportunity to practice mixing soft pinks and finding the right paint consistencies.

Mindset TIP:  If you are short on time don't hesitate to adjust the project to fit your timeline.  The goal is to paint and enjoy yourself, not have a perfect replica of the video lesson. The drawing templates are there for you as a guide, but I encourage you to make the project your own! It's almost summer and many of us may be wanting to spend more time outside and in the garden.  So don't pressure yourself to spend hours trying to get things perfect.  To save time you could try painting a few leaves or a petal.
